I stopped by this festival to try out cups of coffee from the local roasters.
I had five small cups of coffee, and one of them surprised me.
It was brewed with French-roasted Ethiopia Yirgacheffe coffee beans. Usually, Ethiopian coffee beans are thought to be the best if roasted lightly.
However, it was terrific. The flavor was very complex, both citric and bold, with a hint of chocolate-like flavor. Its moderate bitterness was the best accent to it.
I hope to attend the next event again.
